We require all badges and sponsor logos to be supplied in vector format.  For the purpose of the online designer you are able to upload .png and .jpeg however these file types are generally not good enough quality for printing.  Once your order is placed a designer will review your files and if there are any quality issues you will be contacted.

If your badge or logo needs to be vectorised  then there will be a fee of £10 per logo .  Once vectored you will receive these files.

If you have ordered a custom designed product the current manufacturing and shipping time is currently 4 to 5 weeks. 

If you have ordered a standard product marked as in stock then your item will be dispatched within 24 business hours.  Delivery times once dispatched form the UK MOTiQ head office will vary on you location.

If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product(s) must be returned in original packaging with tags and no cosmetic damage. This right does not apply to personalised, customised or made-to-order products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such goods.

If you have taken delivery of your custom items and they are incorrect or are damaged, please contact us at esports@motiq.co.uk. 

If you wish to cancel your order or change the delivery address, you should contact us immediately, and we will strive to retrieve the order before it is despatched. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible in order to provide the best service possible. As a consequence of this, we cannot always guarantee on retrieving your order even if you notify us on the same day. If this occurs, contact our customer services team on the Contact Us page, or email esports@MOTiQ.co.uk.

To see whether it may be possible to cancel or amend your order, we recommend checking your order status by visiting your My Account page and checking your order status.

Is a print which employs a process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials fabric.

Unfortunately we do not send out samples due to the high volume request which makes it impractical.

You can however visit our showroom where you can view our ranges.
